Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth event planning and seat management, the following policy applies:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a 100% refund.
Ticket Transfer Options
If you’re unable to attend:
Your pass can be transferred to a friend or family member by informing the organizers at least 24 hours before the event.
Alternatively, your registration can be transferred to the next Elevate event (one-time transfer only) if requested at least 24 hours before the event.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Elevate is cancelled by the organizers, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
